Paul Otuoma born Otuoma Paul Nyongesa is a Kenyan politician. He was a member of the Orange Democratic Movement until 21 April 2017 when he tendered his resignation. He was elected to represent the Funyula Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya in the 2007 Kenyan parliamentary election and was the minister for the Local Government from 2010-2013.
He is best known for being the new Governor-elect for Busia county.
